This Policy applies to information collected through the App and the associated admin web portal used by company administrators to create and manage user accounts.

2. What information we collect

2.1 Account & Authentication Information

Accounts are created manually by a company administrator through the secure admin web portal. Collected account information may include:

• User name (display name)
• Role or designation within the company (for access control)
• Account username and password (stored securely)
• Contact details provided by the company (email or phone) — only if the company admin enters them.

2.2 Device & Diagnostic Information

When a user logs in and uses the App, we collect the following device-related information to secure sessions and assist with troubleshooting:

• Device token (for session identification and push-related needs)
• Device info such as device model/name and Android version
• Crash reports and error logs generated by the app (which may include the collected device info)

2.3 Inventory & Transaction Data

The App records inventory activity including:

• QR code scanned (product identifier)
• Quantity added or removed
• Timestamp of the in/out transaction
• Identifier of the user who performed the transaction (username/account ID)

2.4 What we do not collect

We do not collect payment information, GPS/location data, biometric data, or other sensitive personal information from users as part of ordinary App usage.

3. How we use the information

• To create and manage company user accounts and control access to the App.
• To authenticate and maintain secure user sessions using device tokens.
• To record and maintain inventory transactions (QR scans, quantities, reports).
• To diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix application errors and crashes using device info and crash logs.
• To produce monthly and annual inventory reports for company operations.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the company that owns the account: account and inventory data are visible to authorized administrators within that company.
• With service providers: third-party hosting, analytics, or crash-reporting services may receive limited device/diagnostic or transaction data as needed to operate and maintain the App. Such providers are contractually required to keep the data confidential and use it only to provide services to us.
• Legal compliance: if required by law or to protect rights, we may disclose information in response to valid legal requests.

5. Admin distribution of credentials

Company admins create user credentials and may share them with staff via internal channels (e.g., WhatsApp, email, or in person). Quickon Infotech is not responsible for how company admins distribute credentials; we recommend secure internal practices (encrypted email, secure messaging, or direct handover) to protect account access.

6. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Examples include encrypted storage for credentials, secure communication channels (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit, and access control for admin and company user accounts.

Note: No system is completely secure. Companies should follow internal best practices for account sharing and password hygiene.

7. Data retention

We retain inventory transaction records and related account/activity logs for operational and reporting purposes. Diagnostic logs and crash reports are retained for a period necessary to troubleshoot and improve the App. Exact retention durations may vary by company policy and regulatory requirements; contact us to request a specific retention schedule or data deletion.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and role (end-user or company admin), you may have rights to:

• Access stored account or inventory data
• Request correction or deletion of certain data
• Request export of inventory/transaction records

9. Children's privacy

The App is intended for company use by adults and authorized staff. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 for public/consumer usage. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy with an updated “Prepared Date.” Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
